Dr. Sood is an Associate Professor at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Her clinical interests include pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary vascular disease, and pulmonary thromboembolic disease. Dr. Sood has done research on pulmonary hypertension, scleroderma-related lung disease, and sickle cell anemia related lung disease and has published articles in journals like the Journal of Clinical Oncology, Thorax, and Chest, to name a few. She graduated with a MBBCh degree from AlFateh University in Tripoli Libya. Dr. Sood is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine and Internal Medicine. She is licensed by the Medical Board of Ohio. She belongs to the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
