Vascular Diseases

Vascular disease refers to ailments of the blood vessels in your body. These may include the largest vessels, such as the aorta, or the smallest vessels, such as those that feed your heart and your brain. Blood vessels are important in delivering nutrients and oxygen to these tissues, and disease of blood vessels can disrupt this delivery system, leading to other symptoms or disease.
