How Soon Send 4yr Old Daycare After Anesthesi02/24/2011 |
How soon is it recommended to send a just turned 4yr old to daycare after being under 2 1/2 hrs of anesthesia for dental work (inc. extraction/cavities filled & crown). She was under from 9am til 11:30am. Daycare starts at 7:30am.
For most healthy children, they should be able to go to daycare the next day. The action of the anesthetics should be completely gone the next day. Glad everything went well.
